The Hugo Lambrechts Music Centre is a Western Cape Education Department Music Centre that aims to nurture South Africa’s musicians of tomorrow through specialised instrumental, vocal and theoretical tuition for school-going learners and adult students from our diverse community.

Hugo Lambrechts Music Development Programme
The Hugo Lambrechts Music Development Programme, established in 2002, is an initiative which aims to enrich the lives of marginalised youth from the surrounding areas through exposure to and tuition in practical instrumental music as well as music theory. Selected learners from five primary schools in the surrounding underprivileged areas attend weekly lessons at the Music Centre where they receive individual lessons on their respective instruments….
